Radish Salad

  • 3 Radishes

  • One Head of French Crisp Lettuce

  • One Small Bundle of Arugula

  • ⅔ of a cup of Radish Sprouts

  • 1 ½ Tablespoons of Sunflower Seeds

  • ⅔ of a cup of Shaved Parmesan

  • A Handful of Nasturtiums (if you have them!)

  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

  • Half of a Lemon

  • Sea Salt

  • Pepper

  • Cut your head of lettuce into 2 inch chunks and toss in bowl.

  • Add your fresh arugula.

  • Thinly slice your radish.

  • Sprinkle your sunflower seeds and your radish sprouts on top.

  • Include your parmesan.

  • Place your nasturtiums on top of salad.

  • Drizzle on your olive oil and lemon.

  • Add a dash of sea salt and pepper.

  • Ready to munch! Enjoy!
