A Taste of Winter Culinary Tasting & Demonstration

Our recent Winter event featured seasonal veggies and paired them with amazing local wines for a revitalizing take on recipes for your garden-fresh produce. We really could not have had more fun discussing and tasting delicious, seasonal food.

Before diving into the cooking demonstration, we first spent a little time tasting and discussing the positive nutritional impact of the winter vegetables (beets, cauliflower and leafy greens).

The recipes we showcased at the event can be found here:

Roasted Beets with Tarragon and Goat Cheese

Roasted Cauliflower with Cauliflower Dijon Drizzle

Scallop Crudo with Tangerine and Tatsoi Salsa Verde

We had a great crowd and fun giveaways that included seeds for upcoming spring gardens.

The conversation was lively and we hope everyone left with new knowledge & inspiration to cook more delicious winter veggies.
